There are 2 parks close by to walk to also. The apartments is quiet and very well maintained. Parking was excellent gated and parked on the floor that our apartment was on. We recently booked a short term rental unit with Access Corporate Accommodations near the Texas Medical Center which worked out very well. The unit easily met our needs in terms of comfort and location. The Access staff was very responsive, professional, and couldn't have been more courteous. I was in Houston for treatment at MD Anderson for 4 months and leased a unit at Adenine Apartments through Access Corporate Accommodations for my stay. The owner, Hasan, was extremely kind and pleasant to deal with, immediately responsive and flexible. He extended my lease when my treatment required a longer stay as well as offering a larger apartment when it became necesary. He immediately notified the maintenance team when my microwave quit working and they checked it the same day, taking care of the problem by replacing it with a new microwave. The apartment complex was within easy walking distance of MD Anderson, the museum district and Herman Park with its many walking trails and beautiful gardens. Adenine Apartments were clean, beautiful, safe and staffed with friendly, helpful staff. My beautiful apartment was furnished with pleasant, comfortable furniture and was amazingly quiet. It was on the 2nd floor and overlooked the bayou where I could watch great blue herons, egrets and ospreys from my balcony. All in all, Hasan made it possible to have a stress-free stay in a comfortable, safe, homey environment while receiving medical care for an extended period. Me and my husband stayed for 3 weeks so he could finish his cancer treatments without having to travel 4 hours in a car everyday. The apartment was very clean and so close to Baylor Hospital that we could walk. Hasan was so kind and accommodating during those 3 weeks. We highly recommend using Access Corporate Accommodations. Needed a place last minute while on a medical trip to MDAnderson. This place was so close and convenient. Hasan who worked us was such a wonderful help. He even found us a wheelchair and was very accommodating and offered recommendations. Couldn't have handled being at the Doubletree more than the 2 days (bad). 3 weeks was a long time and he even helped us out when we had to stay an additional 2 days. Apartment was very nice and gym was great! Hopefully, we will not have to stay that long again, but if we do, we will try to stay here again. The whole Access team was incredibly helpful when we needed to find a place to stay during treatment at MDA. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well furnished. When we had to extend our stay unexpectedly, last-minute, they were able to help us, which was such a relief. We stayed for five weeks in the Elan Med Center apartments and were soooooo happy with our experience renting through Access Corporate Accommodations. While we were there, the washing machine in our apartment stopped working. Hasan ordered a new one and had it installed immediately. The owners, Heba and Hasan are superb--kind, thoughtful and on top of any concerns. It was a pleasure to work with them. We really liked Elan as a location for my husband's treatments at MD Anderson. It is close by and we could go on long walks to the Arts District, Zoo, restaurants, etc. Nice covered parking, working spaces, gym, outdoor grilling, and pool. We stayed in an interior apartment overlooking the pool area. It was always quiet and a beautiful view. I could not recommend this company and property enough.
