Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.First, finding the right apt for our needs was so easy. I contacted the leasing office and was texted back immediately. Everything was explained regarding booking, checkin, location of keys & office hours. I knew exactly what to do! The location was exactly where we needed it. The bldg was very secure, very well kept and clean & ordering an Uber, Food, groceries etc was also very easy. There were many variety of snackes, water and drinks available for purchase in the lobby. In addition to a nice meeting room & a lovely lobby area. Our apt was so very nice, very clean & had a nice balcony overlooking the pool & courtyard below. The beds were soooooo comfortable! I would describe it as home away from home! Definitely book with ACA...

Access has given us peace of mind knowing we have a clean comfortable stay minutes away from Mdanderson. Hassan has been amazing in accommodating my family as we navigate new diagnosis and treatment plans. Not having to worry about “where are we staying” has been one less worry in our journey. All their options are excellent stays and secure. If you’re ever in need of fullly furnished stay Access should be on your speed dial !

Contacted Access Corporate Accommodations and the task became easy. Heba is wonderful and very helpful.The apartment at Elan Med Center was extremely nice. The ability to park on your floor and walk out without an elevator is very helpful. Very clean and quiet.

She was so accommodating, helpful, understanding and reassuring. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The Elan was a super pleasure comfortable deliteful place to stay. I would recommend anyone to stay there. I recommend to anyone that has to have an extended medical stay in Houston to go through Access for services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.I rented an apartment from Access Corporate Accommodations for 3 weeks while having treatment at MDACC. I stayed in apartment #2802 at Latitude. What a view! The location was perfect for me. It was a 15-minute walk to treatment. A shuttle was also available. The amenities were very nice at Latitude. We used the workout facility frequently. The apartment was spacious with a nice kitchen. The bed was king size and very comfortable too. The A/C worked great and there were fans in both the living area and bedroom. The team at Access were very responsive. I worked mainly with Hasan who was always super helpful. I had an issue with the blender, and they brought a new one the next day. I did make one request and that was to upgrade the TVs so they could accommodate a ROKU or Fire Stick. The cable channel selection was very limited. Latitude was very close to Rice Village with great restaurants. Only 15 minutes from the Galleria area as well. I would stay here again.

We have used them for 6 months off and on during my husband’s illness. Every time they have been professional, careing and kind. Hasan even installed a high rise toilet seat for my husband at our last apartment. If you need accommodations in Houston I would recommend to this business.

Our apartment was at the Amalfi Apartments which is super close to Herrman Park and the Musuem district. Very close to Rice Village with lots of good restaurants. The apartment was furnished with two BR’s and a loft. Access was excellent to work with in getting the apartment reserved. Very responsive on maintenance issues. The apartment was well furnished in the kitchen. Everything worked. Water pressure and heating/cooling was excellent. Hasan and Heba will take good care of you.

My husband and I needed a furnished apartment for 7 weeks while my husband received treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Hason and Heba at Access Accommodations were very nice, accommodating and available to help or answer questions. The apartment they rented to us was clean with nice furnishings and a great location. They found us a great apartment at The Amalfi at Hermann Park. The move-in process couldn't have been easier, and they were incredibly responsive when little maintenance issues came up with the apartment. I highly recommend working with them.
